FabLink® 6.2 is the latest version of our proven integration solution. This release focuses on implementing the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and expanded cybersecurity requirements. This allows us to create a secure and future-proof base for use in demanding semiconductor environments.
As part of the release, all dependencies have been updated and the base software has been upgraded to VAC 5.4. In addition, FabLink® 6.2 supports other relevant standards and provides important new functions:
- E148 – Time Synchronization and TS-Clock
- E172 – SECS Equipment Data Dictionary
- E187 – Cybersecurity of Fab Equipment
- E188 – Malware Free Equipment Integration
- E191 – Cybersecurity Status Reporting
FabLink® has also been consistently enhanced in terms of technology: The conversion of the runtime to 64-bit ensures noticeable performance improvements. In addition, the FabLink Client has been updated to .NET 8 and .NET 10 and can now also be used under Linux.
