You report your security or data incident to us via e-mail.

We have received your report and assigned an incident number, which we will send to you by e-mail. If you wish to communicate further with us, please always quote this number. This will help us keep track of your information.

Members of our security team will investigate the incident and take whatever action is necessary. If we have any questions, we will contact you and appreciate your assistance in investigating and resolving the issue. Please reply to the e-mail sent to you with the incident number in the subject line.

If action is required to resolve the incident, we will take it immediately. These actions may be technical or formal, such as reporting the incident to our Privacy Officer. We assure you that we will resolve your incident as quickly as possible. In doing so, we will minimize the impact on you as much as possible.

Once we have successfully completed all necessary actions to resolve your security incident, you will receive confirmation from us.
