We are delighted that nearly 150 attendees accepted our invitation to the 23rd User Conference on June 13, 2024 in Dresden, Germany, for an exciting day full of new insights on "More than just software development – behind the scenes of code generation" and valuable networking opportunities.
The conference offered a well-rounded program of presentations, e.g. Alexander Hentschke from ONEKEY GmbH spoke about the increasing regulatory requirements due to the Cyber Resilience Act, Torsten Gertler from Infineon Technologies Dresden GmbH & Co. KG explained the importance of Automation Capabilities Management (ACM) and the Tool Operation Specification (TOS) for factory automation, and Bernd Cordes of SIGNATA GmbH reported on the impressive changeover to FabEagle® at three sites without interrupting operations.
You can find a summary of all the presentations in our User Conference blog post.
After the intensive conference program, the participants had the opportunity to get to know Dresden from different perspectives in the afternoon. Some enjoyed the impressive view from the Frauenkirche, while others explored the historic corridors of the Dresden Fortress on a multimedia tour and experienced 450 years of the city's history.
The day ended with an evening buffet and networking at the atmospheric Kasematten Dresden on the banks of the Elbe River. In this historical ambience, the discussions of the day were deepened and new contacts were made.
