We Are 200!
Since its foundation in 1990 as Gesellschaft für Automatisierungs- und Informationssysteme in Dresden, Kontron AIS has grown steadily. Now, with the beginning of the new year, we have reached another milestone and welcomed our 200th colleague.
This month, we welcomed five new colleagues for the divisions of development, sales and testing, who are working with us to make tomorrow's smart manufacturing a reality for our customers. Including our 200th permanent employee!
Since its founding 33 years ago with eight employees, Kontron AIS GmbH has grown steadily.
"Our increasing number of employees reflects the growth curve of the company, the trust of our business partners in our products and services, and also our attractiveness as an employer," explains Dirk Sauer, Managing Director of Kontron AIS.
Especially the latter is becoming increasingly important in times of a shortage of skilled workers, because: in addition to innovative products and customized software solutions, it’s above all the employees who form the basis of the company's success. We are pleased to start the new year with five new colleagues, but we are still growing and have a wide range of open positions for both experienced and entry-level employees," explains Dirk Sauer.
