Kontron AIS is Dresden 2024's Best Employer – We Celebrate 1st Place

We have great news! Kontron AIS has been recognized by Kununu as the best employer in Dresden 2024, in the large company category. With a Kununu score of 4.64, we took first place – an achievement we are incredibly proud of, and one that even surpasses our previous year's result. 

We have been developing industrial software solutions for factory and production automation as well as equipment integration and control for 35 years. Our two managing directors, Dirk Sauer and Michael Jacob, know that one thing above all else is behind this success: "Our more than 250 dedicated, passionate and team-oriented employees. They are the reason for our success and we work for them every day to be just that little bit better," explains Dirk Sauer. Michael Jacob adds: "Together, we are shaping the digital future of factory operators and machine builders. This only works with trust, openness and the continuous development."
