RAMPF Production Systems digitizes customer communication

More than 50% of the Excel lists have been replaced since the introduction of the EquipmentCloud® IoT service portal. Already 2/3 of the customers actively use the service portal to communicate to the 100 plants installed worldwide. The bundling of organization and customer communication brought a significant competitive advantage for the manufacturer of mixing and metering equipment, in addition to customer loyalty.

RAMPF Production Systems, as a now long-standing user of EquipmentCloud®, contributed significantly to the portal's feature set with its requirements profile for a dynamic customer portal. Agile product development based on customer requirements is a central priority for Kontron AIS. In the project with RAMPF, a cloud-based customer portal "Project Cockpit" was created, which enables the company to improve customer service and to benefit from time savings and increased efficiency.
